Job Summary:

Beteseb Charity Association is seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Mother or Father to provide care and support to children living in our family-style group home. This role is central to ensuring the well-being, development, and happiness of the children under our care. The House Mother/Father will serve as a parental figure, offering emotional support, guidance, and daily supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care, love, and support in a nurturing family-style environment
• Ensure children's basic needs are met, including food, hygiene, and clothing
• Monitor and support the physical, emotional, and psychosocial development of each child
• Oversee children's health care and medical appointments
• Facilitate educational support and liaise with schools and tutors
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Serve as a positive role model and guide children through life's challenges
• Maintain records and communicate regularly with the organization's social workers and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma; additional training in childcare, psychology, or social work is a plus
• 3+ years' work experience in child care or similar caregiving roles is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to live with or be present for children full-time in the home
• Ability to use online digital learns tools. 
• Genuine passion for working with vulnerable children and creating a loving home atmosphere is a must

·         Willing to live with the children in group homes and take extra commitment (Extra Hour, Weekends and Holidays).
